Blue Chair's exclusive plum jam!
Every August, we pass a gleeful afternoon picking plums at our friend Yvette’s house, and excitedly rush back to the kitchen with our loot. The exact varietal of her bountiful tree is unknown, so we simply call these dusky plums by their proprietor's name. We always do something a little different with her spectacular plums, and this time we decided to keep it simple, combining the fruit with only enough sugar and lemon juice to make the flavor pop. We think this one's a stand-out: its round, tart flavor, glowing rust hue, and perfectly jammy texture set it apart. Hats off to you, Yvette!
