This beautiful bitter marmalade’s subtle flavors and exquisite texture make it extra-special. The combination of dark muscovado sugar, Mexican vanilla, and classic Seville oranges makes for a lovely wintry marmalade that sings with sugar and spice. For this marmalade, we slice the oranges thinly, giving it an elegance that some of the more coarse-cut marmalades lack. Like all orange marmalades, this one is a particularly excellent companion for chocolate, but we also love it on its own.
