This marmalade is a must for peach lovers!

For this fabulous preserve, we use summer’s very earliest clingstone peaches, whose pure, almondy flavor lends itself especially well to preserving. Their beautiful peachy aroma combines perfectly with very thinly sliced lemon, and both the peach pieces and lemon slices are suspended is a shimmering jelly. We put the finishing touch on this marmalade by adding a hint of almond to draw all the flavors together. This marmalade is one of our all-time favorites!
