Boysenberries, extra large and maroon, are a perfect marriage of blackberries, raspberries, and loganberries, cultivated in the early twentieth century by a California farmer named - you guessed it! - Rudolph Boysen. This year's crop was something special! We just barely cooked the fresh berries, ensuring that their vibrant flavor stands out in the finished jam. Full of beautiful whole berries, our Boysenberry Jam possesses a decadent and playful texture. This is one preserve that deserves to be eaten straight out of the jar with a spoon!
