June heralds the return of summer, announcing itself with full sun and the year's first stone fruit: apricots. Our Apricot-Orange Jam highlights the rich flavor of fresh-picked local apricots, sultry, sweet, and tart; sliced orange rinds accentuate the sunny sparkle of apricot to produce a vivid orange jam as playful as it is warming.
