Light and sweet, great with meat!

Apple-Meyer Lemon Marmalade is our most velvety marmalade of the season! The apple in this marmalade lends the jelly an exquisite softness and tempers the slight tartness of our local Meyer lemons. We've been loving this marmalade on scones with clotted cream for breakfast and with cheddar on whole wheat bread for lunch, and we have a hunch that it would make one of the beautiful tart fillings ever. Medium-thin Meyer lemon slices, perfectly cooked, in an apple-tinged Meyer lemon jelly: the perfect way to start or end your day!
