A bright, ethereal marmalade

Our most delicate marmalade, Apple-Meyer Lemon is a silky jelly laced with medium-thin Meyer lemon slices. The apple in this marmalade lends the jelly an exquisite softness and tempers the slight tartness of our local Meyer lemons. We have a hunch that it will make one of the most beautiful tart fillings ever!

To serve: Spread on scones with clotted cream; pair with cheddar on whole wheat for a tasty sandwich
